Welcome to ProACTr, an AI-powered leadership role-playing simulation tool that helps users develop communication and leadership skills through interactive real-world scenarios.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and ProACTr ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing or using ProACTr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ProACTr. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • Your use of ProACTr complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Accounts & User Responsibilities

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Not share your account with others.
  • Immediately notify us if your account is compromised.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

ProACTr operates on a subscription-based model, with payments processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Authorize recurring payments based on your selected plan.
  • Acknowledge that subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
  • Agree to no refunds after the trial period ends.

5. Free Trials & Cancellations

New users may receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically. You may cancel anytime in your account settings.

6. AI-Powered Simulations & Data Collection

ProACTr utilizes advanced AI technology to generate leadership conversations. You acknowledge:

  • Your interactions may be analyzed to improve AI feedback.
  • ProACTr does not store personal voice recordings beyond session analysis.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including AI-generated responses, reports, and branding, is the property of ProACTr. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially use ProACTr’s materials without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ProACTr is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for user actions based on feedback provided by the platform.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, and users waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes before they take effect.
